Every agent message uses tokens from your monthly allowance. Simple banking questions cost the least. Investment and super analysis costs more, and questions spanning many institutions cost more again, because the query is heavier.

Pricing questions
How do tokens work?
Each message you send to the agent uses one token. Your plan includes a monthly allowance (20, 50, 100 or 200 tokens) that resets each calendar month; extra tokens you buy are used after the allowance runs out.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Your agent pauses until next month's allowance resets. On Basic, Pro and Premium you can buy extra tokens anytime from your account area, with no purchase limit. Your dashboard and existing insights keep working regardless.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Monthly plan allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over. Extra tokens you purchase never expire while your account is open.
How do I cancel?
One click in your billing settings. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Billing and Refunds Policy for details.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Pro and Premium yearly billing is 20% cheaper than paying month to month. Basic yearly is 12 months at the monthly rate, with no yearly discount. You are charged once for the year, in advance. Your monthly token allowance still resets every month — yearly billing only changes how you pay, not how tokens work.
Is there a free trial of a paid plan?
The Free tier is free forever, and it's the best way to try Vecta. We'd rather you upgrade because it's worth it.
